Paul Richer : Oliver Peters : Carol Durant
Carol [Durant] is an actor, poet and emerging playwright. Her first book of published works is entitled Whole Phat and Gluten Free Poetry. Ms. Durant has worked as both cast member and stage manager for Prisoner Legal Services during their theatrical programming, as well as, Black Theatre Troupe of Upstate New York’s co-/productions of Fences, The Exonerated, Voices from Inside 2, and American Dream. She recently enjoyed roles as Minnie Pearl in Tribute to Hee Haw at Eden Café, and as The Therapist in Harriet Tubman visits The Therapist. Carol is also an active board member of Capital Region Sponsor A Scholar. She loudly thanks family and friends for their continued support.
Paul [Richer] had his first acting role at age 12; since then there has not been a year he has gone without participating in a theatrical production. Some of his favorite roles include; Lear in King Lear; John Proctor in The Crucible; Victor in The Price; Salieri in Amadeus; Dysart in Equus; Henry in The Lion in Winter; Sir in The Dresser; Prospero in The Tempest; Eddie Carbone in A View from the Bridge; Teach in American Buffalo; and Jesse James in Jesse and the Bandit [to name a few]. Having been in over 100 plays, Paul will be the first to praise the many enriching merits of the theatre.
